  • Yoga Sculpt (45mins)

    A Bodhifit creation, this class is all about lengthening and toning, while learning to activate the correct muscles for a full body workout. We work with slower and more controlled movements for a targeted burn, specifically focusing on the hips, thighs, butt, abs and arms to create tone, deep definition and stability within your body.

  • Hatha Yoga (60mins)

    A style perfect for all levels, Hatha Yoga focuses on improving your strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and static and dynamic endurance. We work on de-stressing and consciously relaxing both your body and mind. Throughout the class, movements will realign your joints and use ancient Chinese meridians to improve bodily function and organ health. We finish every class with a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation style practice.

  • TrampoLEAN Fit (45mins)

    Designed by Bodhifit, TrampoLEAN Fit will help you achieve your high intensity cardio fix, without the heavy impact on your joints and body. It’s also twice as effective as running! Using a combination of rebounding and strength-based exercises, this class is sure to burn a ton of calories and leave you on a total endorphin high. Added benefits include enhancing digestion, stimulating your lymphatic system, strengthening your pelvic floor, detoxifying and helping to circulate oxygen around the body which, in turn, increases your day-to-day energy levels.

  • SWEATY SCULPT (30MINS)

    Ready for 30mins of burn? This class is a short but sweaty class. Think high intensity but with a twist of pilates. A great way to get you working your full body while also being a low impact class.

  • Barre (45mins)

    A danced-based fitness class rising in popularity, Barre combines movements from ballet, Pilates and yoga to form a low impact, but intense workout. In this class you’ll not only walk away feeling the burn, you’ll also see improvements in the long, lean lines of your muscles, your posture and your core strength.

  • Meditation (30mins)

    A class to help you connect the mind, the body and the soul. Our meditation classes will teach you how to slow down and meditate properly, deep diving into the philosophy of yoga. You’ll learn a multitude of mediation and breathing techniques, allowing you to discover what is right for you to continue your practice at home.

  • BOOTY SCULPT (30MINS)

    A lower body focused class. Minimal props and sculpting movements for the lower body. A great class to get your legs and booty looking toned and strong!

2 Classes Per Week: $33

Unlimited Weekly Class Pass: $44 pw

10 class pass: $240

10 weeks of unlimited classes (can be paid weekly or fortnightly): $440

One-off private: $80
